'This is a great place that is minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers and casinos. The place itself is nice and was big enough for 6 of us. There are stairs to enter the premises but are not as big of a deal as other reviewers are making it seem. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely book again.'

'We had a very nice two week stay in July! This quaint cabin is conveniently located near the Incline golf course & restaurant. We easily coasted down hill on our bikes to play pickle ball & use the gym at the rec center and turned on our electric bike boost to get back up the hill. 'Wow! This condo was everything we hoped for and more. Updated, comfortable and well stocked and what a fabulous location just steps away from the beach and the Hyatt. We rented this condo for my sons wedding at the Hyatt next door. The condo was closer to the ballroom and restaurant than any Hyatt room for sure - it was just perfect for our family. The owners were fabulous to deal with and super responsive. We definitely hope to stay again in the future!'

'Stayed here for three nights and could have easily stayed a week. Very close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The Creek outback puts this place over the top. You cant duplicate that sort of ambient sound. Very relaxing'

It was nice to be just a 7-minute drive from Heavenly, come back from the slopes and have the option to wind down in a warm hot-tub, jacuzzi tub or my favorite, the steam room. We had everything we needed to have a fun and rejuvenating weekend getaway. It was my first time booking with VRBO and Brandon made the check-in and check-out process simple and was very responsive.'

Our only feedback is that we had a temporary power and wifi issue. Both were resolved within a few hours, but we would have liked for the communication and updates to have been faster. "Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
