'All staff were different every time. But they were all nice. Bonus is you can enjoy your trip here after hours and have your meals and your drinks inside. Be respectful and all is good. Can even smoke outside building but put butts into the Seymour lamp'

'Every time I’m in Tokyo, I stay here. It’s convenient, decent for the price, and the staff is extremely friendly/helpful. So why stray away from that? Tip is that I upgrade my room to have more space and I blast the AC depending on the time of year I visit. I will always come back to this place. Looooooove it! '

'Erg dure kamer met 1 gedeelde douche en 2 toiletten, alsook 1 lavabo en 1 keuken wasbak. Gedeelde frigo, en waterkoker. De kamers zijn niet echt stil, je hoort de sirene als de slagbomen sluiten, de treinen en de aankondigingen. De muur van da kamer is wel mooi versierd, en er is een aparte, maar donkere zithoek. Personeel is vriendelijk en er zogezegd 24 uur op 24, maar daar zou ik niet op rekenen.'

'Very clean. Rooms are excellent for big groups. Space might be tight but still doable. The beds are very soft and comfy. Walkable distance to main Shibuya.'

'I loved the location. It’s far from the city but not too far. It was a great location if you came from Narita airport because theirs a direct train that’s quick. 3-5 minute walk to the station. I did fight the washer/dryer. I was there for quite a while for it to take my coins. Staff did respond quickly so I did feel better. By the time someone came by the machine finally took my money. I enjoyed my stay and convenience store was around the corner!'

'Our host Yoshi and the staff at Toe Library were incredibly welcoming, offering us tips around the neighborhood and, when we left, a bag of delicious Japanese cookies. The room itself was cozy, well-appointed, and full of personality—and we especially appreciated that because we happened to be there during a typhoon and spent a lot of time lounging there as we waited for the worst of the storm to pass. This is a completely unique stay and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.'
