Residenties in West-Jakarta

'Fijne ruime schone kamer, personeel was behulpzaam en beleefd.'

'Vieze kamers voor een 5 sterren hotel, erg gedateerd. Vieze vloerbedekking'

'Staff was very friendly and tried to check me in early per my request. I hope there is more light for reading. '

'Prima hotel met hele goede service en medewerkers. Ontbijt was top. Kamer schoon en comfortabel. Wat wil je nog meer:)'

'I stayed there for 9 nights in first week of August and I am very happy. It is only 3 months old from being upgraded from Ibis to Mercure of the Accor chain hotel. Hence everything looks new, clean and fresh. All the staff go beyond their way to make this trip and stay a pleasant one for me. So thank you everyone.'

'Keep up the good job'

'We stayed here due to proximity of places we needed to go to. Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. We knew what to expect but were grateful with the extra floor space in the room near the window. Room was very clean and bedding and pillows smelled clean. The bathroom was a bit tiny but was ok for two nights. Wouldn’t mind staying again for a short stay if needed to stay in the area again'
