'The owner was very responsive and helpful. Though the property was generally clean, the furniture was stained/quite used. While we arrived at night (not best time to judge), the interior seemed bare compared to many VRBOs we have stayed at in the area while visiting TCU. We did reach out to the owner about a few things and they were quite responsive and helpful. We did not end up staying, however.'
