'The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. It felt rushed, hectic, and far from professional. The room itself was acceptable, but the air conditioning in the bedroom was unbelievably loud and not working. 'Everything was clean and prepared for our stay! Communication with hosts was very good. They were attentive and professional throughout. We loved the location near the station, we loved the immediate neighborhood (Forno Brisa is close and an excellent breakfast & single-origin espresso!), and we loved Bologna. 2 bedrooms/baths a definite plus! 'Terrific location, close to everything you want. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but the overall state is tired and well worn. Exceptionally quiet considering the location. While it claims to be on the first floor there are many flights of stairs (6?) to get to it. Just hope no one has left the doors to the rickety lift open on a higher floor. The apartment gave us everything we expected, it was just not as erefined as we hoped and only equiped with basic minimum amenities '

La mail che conferma la prenotazione consiglia un parcheggio a pagamento a 20 minuti a piedi che è attualmente chiuso ma evidentemente non è noto all'host. Pulizia buona ma migliorabile.'
