'First let me say I take full responsibility for the booking. That being said, I was so disappointed with our accommodations. We were not booked in the main property, we were across the street in a rehab. My husband and I are in our 70s in pretty good shape, but the stairs to our accommodation were steep and the treads were narrow. So we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the apartment. 'Breakfast was great.'

'Schone kamer, locatie top, Bar Harbor op loop afstand en beschikbaarheid van de koffie thee water fruit en sap was geweldig. Ontbijt was okay'

'Overall great stay'

'Our room was a King room next to the office. It was very clean, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the walk from our hotel to downtown. If you are planning on walking from the hotel to the harbor and have any mobility issues, please note it is a bit of walk and should plan accordingly. The snacks, water and fresh coffee in the office was very convenient. Not to mention the coffee was really good. Even though there was not a "breakfast", there was fruit, oatmeal and snack bars...

'Lovely quirky location. Charming staff. Just what we were looking for!'

'Prima locatie, dichtbij het centrum van Bar Harbor. Schone ruime kamer en genoeg parkeerplek achter het hotel. Het ontbijt had iets gevarieerder gekund, maar het was wel fijn dat er elke dag verse koekjes en cakejes werden gebakken.'

'I liked my stay at the Bat Harbor Grand Hotel. The room was good and spacious, breakfast was sufficient in choice and the surrounding island is beautiful. Parking super comfortable and free.'

'Goede locatie, vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime parkeergelegenheid, grenst aan achterzijde aan het park, shuttle bus service is super handig ook als je om 08:30 een Whale Watch trip hebt geboekt, prima complimentary ontbijt (vers fruit beschikbaar zoals banaan, sinasappel, blauwe bessen)'

'The view of the ocean islands were amazing! The rooms were clean and very well put together. We enjoyed our stay the breakfast was good and the pool is nice! As far as close to town its right out of walking distance for use but they do offer shuttle service to town so you don't have to pay for parking which is awesome! Overall hotel is good would recommend staying very clean and put together.'

'We stayed 3 nights here and it was so hard to leave! The breakfasts were incredible and delicious. There was always coffee, tea, and treats set out to enjoy. The room was cozy and the Inn was within walking distance of the downtown area! Isabella and Stefan were wonderful to talk to and the BnB experience is 100% worth the price tag! We understand why people opt for this personal touch and incredible food experience. They also went out of their way to make our anniversary trip feel extra special...
