Monolocale Soledelsud is introduced by a nice patio furnished with
table, chairs and umbrella, an outdoor area of exclusive relevance
where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors.

inside consists of a single room furnished with a double bed, a small
kitchenette and a table with chairs. The bathroom with shower completes
the interiors. In common areas throughout the Soledelsud complex there
are the laundry room with washing machine and the barbecue for grilling.

SoledelSud Complex is located in Otranto , in the Frassanito area. The
Frassanito beach is just 2 km away, while a little further on there are
the long beaches of the Alimini, the Baia dei Turchi. The center of
Otranto is about 10 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden, barbecue and washing machine.
