'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'The facility was very modern and cosy at the same time, which resulted in a luxurious yet warming atmosphere. The staff was also really nice and easy-going: when we accidentally checked-out about one hour late they didn't charge us extra. Furthermore the breakfast buffet was really well-organised and extravagant. There was a chef freshly preparing pancaces, eggs, waffles or omelette on the spot. Also there were lots of details and extra's to add to your plate such as fresh cacao for the coffee...

'The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. 'Descent hotel 4 minutes walk from the ski lift. The hotel is nice and cosy, with a good bed and a descent breakfast. There are some tiles loose here and there, but nothin hazardous. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This hotel is one of the stops of some trip for elderly people, but they are very lovely! '

'Nosotros no lo sabiamos, pero en la azotea, en la sala de la Luna, había un jacuzzi al aire libre. El hotel es encantador. Nosotros estuvimos en el edificio anexo. El bar de enfrente, L'Snack del Caçadors, es un sitio muy agradable para comer o tomar una copa oyendo el murmullo del Río Freser'
