This 420sqft Walk-In Condo has been thoughtfully designed and completely remodeled in 2021. Custom cabinets, Quartz counter tops, Brand name faucets and fixtures, quality stainless-steel appliances, Ultra soft bedding and bath towels for your comfort in mind.

Everything is updated, clean and fresh! Comfy living room furniture and a ton of amenities to use for your time at the Lake.

Upon Entering, you are in the main bedroom. Furnished with a Sealy Posturepedic Plush Euro Top queen mattress, double sheeted with quality linens and Hypoallergenic Down comforter. You’ll have many modern conveniences, like multi-outlet with USB ports by the bed, remote ceiling fan and a 55” flat screen Smart TV.

The Living Room/Kitchen has an open concept. Well-equipped kitchen, Upgraded with beautiful new granite countertop w/stone tile backsplash. All New dishes, cooking utensils, cookware and a coffee station. Living room has multi-outlet and USB charging station. Remote Control Ceiling fan and a 55” Crystal UDH 4k Smart TV w/ Cable.

I want your vacation to be a stress-free experience. In pursuit of this goal, I’ve stocked this unit with basic kitchen sundries, such as salt and spices, sugar, tea and coffee, condiments and more. I keep extra paper plates and plastic cups, foil, wraps, Ziplock bags and To-Go containers.
Under the kitchen sink you’ll find dish soap, Clorox wipes, garbage bags and laundry Pods to wash your clothes (coin operated machines located at the main office).

The “spa” bathroom has a walk-in Shower with Rain shower and jets. You will find ample number of washcloths and extra-long bath towels for your stay. Chi Hair dryer. I also provide a starter kit of Shampoo, Conditioner and Hand Lotion.

In the hall closet you will find some extra pillows, sheets, and blankets. Odd and ends and a small cooler for the pool (no glass).

On the private covered deck, you can relax and take in the beautiful Main Channel view or grill on the large electric grill.

Heron Bay complex offers a swimming pool with a large pool deck and plenty of loungers and Umbrella Tables, overlooking the lake and a walking path. There’s also an on-site laundry room (coin operated), tennis court, boat ramp and onsite trailer parking (parking fees extra).

***Pool is normally open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend but stays open a little longer depending on weather. Please inquire if it’s after Labor Day.

~ From this unit you are located one flight of steps down to the Pool. If you have trouble with steps, it’s only one building walking distance to the pool ramp.

~ I provide 3 large pool towels for your convince – Please do not take bath towels to pool
There is a small boat ramp onsite for smaller boats or Jet Ski (very shallow), but there is a Full-Service Marina right next door where you can launch your boat. They charge a small launch fee.

• No events: Stay will be terminated & cleaning fee of $200
• No smoking: NO smoking or vaping in unit or on deck.
• Max guests: 2
• Minimum age of primary renter: 25. Primary renter must onsite throughout the stay.

Damages and Forgotten Items: Repair fees will be assessed for damages to the property caused by guests during their stay. A full inventory of household items will be taken after checkout. Any items missing will be charged back to the guest at their full retail value. These fees will be charged to the original form of payment. The postage fee to ship any item(s) left behind after your stay will also be charged to your original form of payment.

• All trash and food items to be removed by guests from unit at check out. Dumpster onsite. $25 fee per bag for trash left in the unit.
• Renters must abide by unit and complex rules. Fines for renter non-observance will be accessed to the renter.
