Welcome to our charming Lake Nona retreat, a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in a serene, gated community. This single-family home situated in a gated community offers a peaceful stay with easy access to local attractions.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated office space, and a laundry room available for your convenience. The patio and grill await for outdoor relaxation and dining just around back.

Our home features a smart-lock system for secure, hassle-free access, and we kindly remind guests to park in the driveway ensuring sidewalks are not blocked, adhering to HOA rules.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the neighborhood's all-inclusive amenities, including a pool, gym, tennis courts, and an arcade, perfect for leisure and fun. These amenities can be accessed via a resident key-card and will be provided upon request for a fee of $25.00 USD per day.

Good house with big TVs

We had a good stay at this house. We were in town for a tennis tourney at the USTA National Campus so it was a decent location for that. The house is a little confusing to get to. If you follow GPS, it’ll take you to the resident entrance so it was a little difficult getting in without more instructions. Once we figured it out, we were fine. The house has nice TVs and AC. It was great to have 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. One bed is more comfortable than the others. The house seems to be lived in by the owners sometimes so a lot of their decorations are in it. There’s an office but their stuff is in it so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. It was nice there was laundry but the dryer is quite old so it took a few cycles to get things dry. Overall it’s a good house but some updates would make it a great house.

great stay

we stayed at Christmas time with my parents, my two children, and my dog. Sergio has fantastic communication.Great neighborhood. Very safe. House was spacious, clean, very nicely decorated, plenty of linens and blankets. nice small grass backyard for my dog. some things were showing wear and tear like the front door lock, and microwave. but overall was great and would definitely stay again.

Very kind hosts and easy check in/out

The owners were very kind and responsive. The home is located directly across from Austin Tindall park and makes a good vacation home if you are playing in a sports tournament there. Home had all the basics needed and certainly did the job for our needs as a place to rest when not at our tournament. Thanks again!
