'Séjour d’une vingtaine de jours malheureusement très décevant pour un établissement annoncé 4 étoiles. L’isolation phonique est catastrophique : les anciennes fenêtres laissent passer tous les bruits extérieurs et vibraient, nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à dormir.
Le petit déjeuner est également à revoir : viennoiseries très sèches, machine à café régulièrement en panne et, malgré une ouverture à 6h30, il manquait souvent du pain, beurre, confiture, pâte à tartiner, chocolat en poudre...

Cleanliness: Absolutely zero.
Floors: Filthy; walking on them leaves the soles of your feet pitch black.
Bedding: Crumbs and food leftovers were left on the bed.
Mirrors: Covered in such a thick layer of dust that you can barely see your reflection.
Bathroom: Extremely dirty, with a foul smell wafting from it.
I will definitely never stay here again.'
'Initially was going to give it 1 star across the board because I had a terrible check in. However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. The hotel is located at an amazing location for tourists where you are close to so many of the attractions within walking distance. ...
