House has beautiful views , plenty of beds and everything you need from glasses to pots, pans, etc. all the little touches like digital lights, fans and fireplace make it a great property. At dusk a fifteen minute tide up 17 almost guarantees moose sightings. Kids had a blast in the game room. Master bedroom with couch , loveseat and tv is the perfect parent escape at night . Would highly recommend this property
I stayed here over New Yearâs Eve with friends and had a great time. The living room and dining rooms have beautiful views of the lake, the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen is well stocked with dish and cookware, We hope to come back to experience the lake in the summer sometime!
We had a great experience staying here! Such a nice house with lots of space for everyone.
Just a drive to downtown! We spent most of the time swimming and hanging out on the dock.
We would recommend to large groups!
This is our second year at Sunrise Cove. We love the enhancements to the doc area. A little sad to see the old fireplace go, but enjoyed the fire pit just as much. It rained several days, but the house was large enough to accommodate fun times with the family playing games, cooking, eating, playing pool, sitting by the window looking at the beautiful lake. The kitchen is well stocked with every size pot or pan you need and plenty of utensils, etc. Again, we highly recommend.
Beautiful property. Situated in a little cove so you can enjoy the lake even if itâs a little windy or choppy. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. Lots of space for sleeping and chilling. We had 10 people and werenât crowded at all. The side room off the main floor was great for the grandparents to sit and look out the window in a recliner (me too!) and we all had fun in that side room doing puzzles. We took our own two kayaks, plus the two there and canoes .. worked out great! Lots of towels. Nice fire area outside where the original cabin was. Overall, we highly recommend. One note of advice ⊠Rangeley is awesome but if you havenât been there before, take food because there is just one grocery on the other side of town and itâs a little pricey. Lots of local produce and fresh meats/seafood but places close early and many arenât open M-T-W. The small local store again is great but pricey and limited hours. So no issues but just be prepared. Thumbs up.
Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation week on the west shores of Rangeley. House was as pictured and described. Our group of eight adults and three kids ranging in age from 1 - 3 found plenty of space to cook, gather or get some quiet time in. It was convenient to be able to leave our small boat on-site at the dock (after launching at the state park- 5 mins away) and we made ample use of the canoes, kayaks and floats. Our kids loved the pond and waterfall and would run from bridge to bridge to see she water flow down the stream. We used five of the six bedrooms and found all to be comfortable. Oquossoc is a couple miles down the road and we made several trips there to enjoy the playground, ice cream and general store. Downtown Rangeley is 15 minutes away and offers more amenities and dining spots. Would highly recommend this house for any similarly-sized group!
