'The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. A disappointing start. Once inside the apartment it was as described, although the sheets were stained on the double bed and there was very little bedding provided for the rest of us. The toilet...

"Achter de tv op de kamer was het een zwijnenstal. Na de eerste dag deed onze kamerpas het niet meer omdat die voor 1 dag was geactiveerd ipv 2 dagen. Matras leek wel aan vervanging toe, werd met rugpijn wakker. Mij viel op tijdens het ontbijt dat het erg lang duurde voordat de tafels werden opgeruimd. Wel opruimen, maar er werd geen doekje over de tafel gehaald waardoor andere gasten aan een kruimelige of niet schone tafel moesten ontbijten. Ook werd er te lang gewacht met het bijvullen van beleg en dergelijke. Het kwam op mij allemaal een beetje knullig over."
