'This was a very warm, clean and comfy house. Perfect for what my family needed. Super close to Powderhorn if you like snow sports. I would definitely stay again. Host seemed very nice from our correspondence and was very quick to respond.'

'The place was dusty! There was no ice, only 2 pods of coffee, only two small creams, only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4. No extra rolls of toilet paper were had. We asked for another roll of toilet paper and it never came. He said he would bring a roll and it never came. The outdoor facade of the house is in desperate need of paint! If there was rain the driveway there would have been a muddy mess and would have been tracked into the house. The outside stairs to house are steep....
