'Great place to stay for a fishing trip. Nothing beats walking onto your boat to go fishing at 6am and then coming home for a relaxing brunch by the water. Sue is a wonderful host. All the neighbours are friendly and Marks Point has a really strong community. The two local cafe's are both amazing. We did have one small problem with people using the jetty without permission and respect of the guests. Sue managed the issue very well which is all we can ask. '

'My partner and I could not recommend this place more! It is secluded, yet a comfortable walk into town. The surrounding bushland and river make for such a beautiful location. The hosts couldn’t have been more wonderful and accommodating, we didn’t arrive until later in the evening and they had set the fire up for us, making the cottage warm, cosy and so inviting from the get-go. 'Absolutely love the location and Facilities as the place catered and provided for children and adults. Communication was easy and problems on site the groundskeeper was able to resolve right away. Kitchen equipment were limited but we were able to make do. Heated pool was still a bit cold so not ideal for winter time but the hot tub was lovely. Recommend for large groups with families as the kids were well entertained. '

'Only disappointment was that we didn't get to try the cellar door or the pizza's as that was closed. If owners on holiday then good on them and totally get it. aside from that it was lovely.'

'Beautiful place! A nice cottage surrounded by trees and birds. If you want want to decompress and turn off from the world, this is the place. It still has wi-fi and TV, so bring your Chromecast or Fire TV stick. Location is gorgeous, right in the middle of the forest. Even though there are some wineyards nearby, it is about 15 minutes from the main area in Pokolbin. We were greeted with a breakfast basket and the cottage was very good (number 3).
