« While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. « This property isn't large, but was absolutely perfect for a quick getaway for my husband and me. The owners were extremely responsive, and provide you with all of the kitchen/bathroom essentials that you need. The condo was very clean, in walking distance to shops/restaurants/the pier, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. We look forward to renting here again in the future! »

« We have stayed at the Grand Victorian for summer vacation the last 12 or more years. The unit was clean and as advertised. 2nd floor on quieter side allows easy access to car/beach. Only small critique would be sparse linens and could not operate 1 TV in master room. Thank you! »
