'It's amazing how the owners have managed to beautifully fit everything you need into a space that was once just a hotel room. And the view from the porch can't be beat! 'The recently redecorated interior provided a delightful atmosphere for our family. The property was in a short walking distance to both the beach and town area. Lots of restaurant options and entertainment nearby (also within walking distance) allowing us to enjoy our entire time in the area. The kitchen met all our needs and the washer/dryer included in the unit was great to have available.'

'We had a nice few days here. Our host, Jason, was very responsive when notified about some kitchen items that were needed—he called to clarify and then sent the manager over with the needed items. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Highly recommended.'

'We had an overall very pleasant experience at this property. The inside is newly updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, although could have used a can/bottle owner and cork screw.The beach access was very close by and an easy walk.The only slight drawback was that the ac unit was not able to really cool down the one bedroom back by the kitchen, due to the floorplan/layout of the walls. However, there were some nice tower fans provided that we were able to use to direct airflow back...

'The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! '

'The property was beautiful, very clean and in the best location possible to be on this beach. 'We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. "We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!"
