'Das Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr schön, das Frühstück sehr fein und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Es gab eine schöne Bar mit feinsten Weinen, gleich um die Ecke, um abends auf dem Heimweg einen Schlummertrunk zu nehmen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und zu empfehlen.'

'What I loved most about the place is very friendly and helpful staff. I got a welcome present for the holiday season and there was mulled wine available 24/7 at the reception. With windows closed, the noise from the railway is practically unperceivable. It was nice to have a kitchen as well. The installations, however, need renovation and refurbishment and the rooms could be cosier and more welcoming as they currently feel like a dorm or a hospital. All in all, a fair price-quality relationship...

'What makes Leonor special is the service. Staff is very friendly. From check in to check out you are taken care of, always with a smile. Food is delicious, bar is inviting and cozy. Room is modern and bed is so comfortable. We also used their parking, very handy. Don't even look further, this is the place to stay in Strasbourg. We will certainly be back! '

'Prachtig gelegen tegenover de kathedraal, aan de markt waar alles gebeurt: Restaurants, terrassen, souvenirs tentjes etc. etc., maar dat is dan wel het grote probleem als je zelf met de auto wilt komen: Knap als je binnen 300 mtr komt en dan wel oppassen voor wegslepen. Parkeren moet in een parking garage zo'n 10 minuten lopen verder. Hotel is verder uitstekend, goed verzorgd alles, prima bedden en 's morgens ontbijt met zicht op de markt!'
