'Ice machine must have gotten a workout because of holiday wasn’t working'

'Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I wish there had been better...

'For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...
