'Breakfast ok. Room clean. Heat worked. Was NOT immediately greeted upon arrival. Had no idea where employees were. We stood at counter several minutes and no one came from the back room or any where to check us in. After we were obviously confused & verbalized it between the two of us as what to do in this hotel with no visible employees, did the two ppl from popcorn machine come to the counter & started to check us in! Mayor grocery nearby but very well hidden; you will have to use you navigator. Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me.'

The room was very clean, and comfortable, but the downside was that it had a repulsive odor, like faint, wet dog. There is no carpet in the room, so I'm not sure where the odor was coming from.
