'Let me begin by stating this is a beautiful bed and breakfast, that said it may not be your best option January through March. What no one will tell you, including their website, is you may be the only guest, and there are no other actual humans on site with you, just a phone number. We ended up spending quite a bit of time figuring out how to start the gas fireplace pilot light, with limited direction, as well as where the TV is (hidden behind a mirror) and how to work. 'We stayed here during Prelude time and had the pleasure of being served by Carmen and her wonderful team. Our room was meticulously clean, and the Inn offered such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional—from breakfast to the thoughtfully provided wine and snack options. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!'

'We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!'

'My husband and I (and our dog) had a lovely three night stay. The hosts Amelia and Ron were so welcoming, and made us delicious breakfasts. They filled us in on the history of the Inn and the neighboring area. Our room was comfortable and cozy, and we enjoyed the hot cocoa and soft drinks that were always available. Just the post-Christmas getaway we needed. '
