Flats in Ogunquit - Wells

'Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating. '

'Location is great, close enough to the beach and boardwalk but away from the hustle and bustle. The space is perfect for a couple very clean and cozy. Paul is responsive to questions and a pleasure to meet. It’s not often you meet the property owners, that was an added plus. We hope to stay again'

'Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.'

'The condo was in an excellent location, close to town and all the shops and attractions. Though not directly on the ocean, we had a great view from our front window to the ocean. Kitchen area was up to date and had all the amenities one may need. Living area was comfortable and the unexpected gas fireplace was a welcomed touch especially being early October.The host responded quickly to our questions.
