« On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!! »

« This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams). « My boyfriend and I stayed 2nights here this past week. This place exceeded our expectations and more. The resort itself was fantastic! The outside blew us away. All the beautiful greenery and lighting. The staff was superb! We met Jerry who checked us in and he was a hoot!! We love him, we also got to say goodbye to him as we were checking out. « Great location and upscale neighborhood close to Interstate. My room was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent too, a very thoughtful and well-prepared selection breakfast choices. »

« The staff was phenomenal. Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me! »

« Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful despite working nonstop during snowstorm. They were constantly working to clear out snow with just shovel and broom. I saw them after greeting guests they jumped right out to clear snow. What a hard working folks that night when we pulled in. »

« This is a lovely place to stay. The room smelled very fresh; and overall the property was in very good condition...except for the road, of course, due to the big trucks that travel that area. It was worth the price for a comfortable bed and fresh shower in the morning. »
