'I don’t know why people rated so low. It’s a little dated but for the price and the area it’s pretty good. Small hot spring pool is basically a private pool. The bed was clean and comfortable and had full kitchen available with cutlery and plates, cups microwave and oven. I would definitely recommend if you are on a budget. Most other hotels in the area are much more expensive. Staff was friendly and made sure everything was satisfactory. It’s not a brand new property but well taken care of.'

'The room was way bigger than I was expecting, and really clean and comfortable. I loved having the balcony access but really pay attention to the sign they have on the wall in the room that warns you about the tiny flies that come in because that is no joke! The first night, I left the doors open a little longer than I probably should have and I was sleeping with flies for the rest of my stay! Very much my own fault though, so this is just a warning! The pool was great, I only dipped my toes...

'Very friendly hosts who were very proactive in making their guests as comfortable as possible. Check-in very quick and easy. The room was very spatious and the bathroom had a jacuzzi. Kitchenette with all the essentials was also there. No restaurant but you can order a very reasonably priced and good breakfast that is served in the room. Hosts are knowledgeable about their city and the region and gave very good advice over local attractions and activities.'

'Goede locatie om te verblijven. Maar de hotelkamers moeten wel op niveau worden gebracht van Novotel dat is wel nodig. Helaas was er ook geen valet Laundry services aanwezig dat is een min punt. '

'The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

'The breakfast room is to small when traveling groups use it at the same time. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping is okay. We used the pool and the heated pool. Comfortable. '

'Room was nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond! I was going to be late for check-in so I called and they said that is absolutely fine, then mads arrangements for my room key. I had a total of 5 guests so the staff gave a few extra towels, even a few hot chocolates for the kids. I was able to wash and dry all our laundry.'

'The rooms at the ground floor were great for wheelchair access, the room facilities were all there. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable, on one side there was a big indent, I didn't sleep well. Location is great in the middle of the city, but calm in the night.'
