The detached full bathroom includes all the essentials—fresh towels, linens, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Additional amenities such as wireless internet, air conditioning, and heating ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Beach towels and a Keurig coffee maker (with a starter pack of coffee) are also provided, so you can start your mornings with a perfect cup of coffee across from the sea.

AC: This home is equipped with a modern mini split air conditioning system, offering individualized climate control for each room. It’s quieter and more energy-efficient than traditional units, allowing for precise temperature regulation without sacrificing comfort.
Public beach access is conveniently located less than a block away at the corner of Cassidy and South Pacific Street.

Parking:
Street parking is available below on South Pacific Street only. Please note that street sweeping occurs on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. Parking in front of the house on Pacific Terrace Street is prohibited.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
