« We booked a trip 4th of July weekend for 4 couples. 1st payment was due at booking 2nd not due until 6/3. I was charged the 2nd payment w out my knowledge at the end of April. When I asked why I was never given an explanation just that I was paid in full. The listing is very unclear as to how many pillows, linens towels, etc. it was posted as enough for 4 people but in a 4 bedroom house that didn’t make sense. « We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. « Place is clean, service is great and fast (when you call the lobby for stuff). Only downside its a kinda old building so you can ear the family stomping on your head at any time. That being said take a room on the highest floor believe me you will like it »

« We had a great stay. Many things were walkable!K-cups were provided, but it would have been nice if there was at least some non-refrigerated creamer. Washer and dryer provided, but no laundry detergent.Host was helpful when the thermostat stopped working. Upstairs neighbors could be easily heard, but it didn't detract from the stay! »

« We enjoyed our stay very much, was clean and bigger than expected. The bedrooms were perfect as not to close together. It had all the amenities in bathroom and kitchen. The beach was easy walking distance and the bakery wasn't open until Wednesday but took plenty home with us. Portland was an easy drive downtown and we enjoyed walking to see the sights. We would book again. »

« Our recent stay this past August 2026 was awesome. The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. The area is full of fun activities to keep you entertained and a shopping area for food etc. close by.The condo is very clean and fully stocked. Photos are accurate. I would highly recommend and stay again next season! »
