This property offers a spacious condo in an ideal location and is large enough for your family of up to 12. Oceans Mist has a beautiful outdoor pool, outdoor shower and elevator and this condo even includes 3 parking spots. All the comforts of home and more! Condo includes a full kitchen, WIFI, four TVs, and three full bathrooms. Note the fireplace is strictly decorative. Bed sizes include a king and a queen sleep sofa in the oceanfront primary, a king bed in the second and also in the third bedroom and 2 queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies all sheets towels soaps and paper products.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
This condo rents Sunday to Sunday in season and any three nights in the off season. Please note the pool closes annually a week after Labor Day.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
