The Windjammer Condominiums located ocean front on 46th street offer that wonderful retro Ocean City feel providing the perfect setting for a memorable visit to Ocean City, Maryland. This 3rd floor walk-up one bedroom, one bath unit can sleep four with a queen in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A one-of-a-kind family vacation destination, each unit is individually owned and decorated offering the guest a unique feel and comfortable stay with direct beach access and ocean views. Enjoy the exclusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free WiFi, flat screen TVs. The Windjammer condos are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils. Don't pass up on the chance to stay at your home away from home at the beach! Property rents any 3 nights all season! Owner offers repeat guests a 7% discount. This unit permits up to two dogs, 50lb limit for one pet or 70 lb combined limit for two pets. There is an additional $35.00 per day pet fee. Although pets are allowed all season, absolutely no pets are permitted on the private sand patio courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags just a minute's walk away. An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm.

Great Location

I loved the location! The apartment was on a corner, so we didn’t have to walk past other guests sitting on their balconies, which gave us more privacy. There’s a laundry area on the first floor—a great bonus. The complex is clean, and the beach is right out front. The Seacrets Distilling Company is just a short walk away and offers daily tours. Plus, the Seacrets Nightclub is right next door, along with the Hideaway Restaurant. Everything was convenient and easy to access.

Nice place to stay for beach visit

Condo was good for our 3-night stay. It was great to see and be so close to the beach. It had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. It only has one a/c unit which worked fairly well (maybe not for someone who likes it really cold inside) but was really loud and located in the living room, so you have to sleep with the door open.

Dog friendly & comfortable

The place was extremely dog friendly. The owner set up a basket of new dog toys and the place felt very welcoming if you like to vacation with your fur babies. The other guests in the condo also had dogs and the community had a hang out area in the sand where people brought their dogs out. The property management staff is a little hit or miss. Seems like most of them are having a bad day.

True to its listing - Loved the view!

This condo was true to its listing; it is small, up two flights of stairs and pet friendly. I stayed with two friends (no pets) and we had to use the sofa bed which is not very comfortable. Each morning when we put the bed away, it left dog hair everywhere. The condo was clean but we felt the floor could have used an extra scrub. We struggled to find room to unpack and store everything we needed for the week. Suggestions would be to get a smaller, lighter coffee table (we had to move it to get the sofa bed out and rearrange a few other items to fit our things in comfortably). The water pressure isn't great in the shower and the bathroom sink faucet has a nozzle that blasts the water all over you if you are not careful. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was fabulous! We loved that it was an end unit on the top floor, although the stairs multiple times a day are a work out for sure. There is a condo to the right of this unit that blocks most of the view to the right and has balconies facing this unit. We had some issues with smokers all around us on this stay which was disappointing and made use of the balcony area difficult. I would say this condo would be perfect for a couple traveling with a small dog. We had an enjoyable time but we will look for pet-free and elevators for our next stay. Thank you.

Condo located in Windjammer - steps to beach with a sand outdoor patio. Condo on the smaller side but super cozy and decorated so cute. Loved staying in midtown.

Perfect view

This place was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend away. It was clean, in a great location, and had a perfect ocean view from the balcony. We loved that the kids could play on the sand patio below while the adults could sit back and enjoy the view.

Great space!

Great space! Right on the beach and close to many places. It was quiet and just what we were looking for. The only flaw was parking. Not enough spaces to park next to building, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Spaces are small. Other than that, it was great!
