Condo au premier Ă©tage avec 1 chambre Ă  coucher au bord de l’ocĂ©an au milieu d’Ocean City Md. Notre Ă©tablissement est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de tout ce que Ocean City a Ă  offrir. Pratique pour tout Ocean City et une minute Ă  pied de la plage. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de notre maison situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de nombreuses attractions d'Ocean City. Les cĂ©lĂšbres frites Boardwalk & Thrasher’s Fries et les bains de soleil sur la plage gratuite vous permettent de ne jamais manquer de choses Ă  faire. À quelques pas de la nouvelle promenade du centre-ville, du Dough Roller et du golf miniature. Nous offrons la plupart des commoditĂ©s de votre maison, y compris une cafetiĂšre, un sĂšche-cheveux, des accessoires de plage, un lit confortable et de nombreux autres extras !!! La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils en acier inoxydable, grille-pain, micro-ondes, batterie de cuisine et ustensiles. Il y a une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la chambre, une tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran dans le salon et des jeux. Le canapĂ© se retire dans un grand lit. Wonderful Location

This condo was an amazing location by the beach. The only negative thing I have to say is that the property owners requested we bring basic essentials to the property like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. I feel for the price, those basic items should have been included.

Bate vacation Summer 2024

This is our third time staying at the property and we absolutely love it. The condo is wonderful! Everything you need is nearby and you’re literally steps from the beach. You can sit on the balcony and look at the water and watch the beautiful sunrise. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this place will not disappoint.

Great location, a few frustrations

Great location right on the beach with plenty of goodies provided by owner to bring to beach (umbrella, towels, toys, etc). It's a two minute walk from the front door to the water. On the downside: owner forgot to give us the door code before arrival, which caused some stress as we had no way to get in for the first 20-30 minutes. Received conflicting instructions regarding bedding, towels, and checkout prior to arrival. A really large damage deposit vs other places we've stayed which VRBO takes 2 weeks to refund. And the bedroom A/C unit is too noisy to sleep. We turned it off, turned fans to full blast and finally fell asleep at 1am the first night. If the above were fixed, it would be a 4-5 star stay.

Great condo

We love staying in the condo! It has everything to offer to make you feel right at home! Owner is super convenient to get ahold of if needed. Overall the condo is in great shape and love the new upgrades from previous years that we stayed! We will continue to rent in our future stays if available!!

Nice cozy stay

Listing was accurate and the place was clean. So convenient being right next to the beach with our 2 year old son. We enjoyed the sunrises from the porch and the view of the ocean. It was just the right amount space for the 3 of us. Plenty of linens and towels as needed.

Piece of Heaven In Ocean City

Being Seniors(70/67), we loved the cleanliness of the condo, the close proximity to the beach, large master bedroom, cozy deck facing the beach, ocean, and daily sunrises along with a very comfortable family room and a very functional kitchen. Seagulls, pelicans, dolphins and neighborhood foxes were wonderful to see. A very wild outside dune garden with cactii and other vegetation. Short drive to Assateague National Park and rode bikes seeing dozens of wild horses on the trails. Walking distance to many eateries, shops, and markets. Hosts Julie and Joe were wonderful for all of their accomodations. 6 Star rating out of 5! Hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

Sunrise view from the balcony!

Perfect for 2 or 3 people. 1st floor and still see the ocean and sunrise from inside! Beach is right there, with huge seashells, dolphins in the water, pelicans diving... Condo is nice inide, bed comfy, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen setup, tv, ac at each end. Owners seem wonderful and care about their condo.

Perfect Getaway

Great location! It was wonderful being oceanfront with super convenient beach access. The condo was spacious for a one bedroom. The kids slept on the sofa bed, so it may have been cramped if we were staying longer than a weekend. We had perfect weather, so we spent most of our time on the beach and out and about.

Perfect little 1st story condo on the beach

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo the past week! My family enjoyed the easy access to and from the beach everyday. There were minimal views of the beach from the balcony (as mentioned), but it was still a great view of the ocean, sunrises, dunes, plants and wildlife. The condo was well equipped with everything needed, you just need to bring food! The beach wagon, chairs, beach toys, towels etc were all ready to use. Bed was comfortable. Condo is close to downtown attractions. We did have one electrical issue, but it was fixed right away. Communication with manager was quick and professional. Would stay again, thank you!

Incredible Place!

Right on the beach. It was nice to sit on the back patio after we soaked up all the sun for the day! Management was great! Very attentive and friendly. The property was clean when we showed up and the leaving procedures were mapped out well so it wasn't a hassle when leaving. Some other tenants on their balconies do smoke so be ready for that. Can't control other people's actions and it doesn't smell like smoke inside so it's not a huge problem, just something to be ready for. Would definitely rent again.

This is a wonderful place to stay on your vacation, it is decorated cute and it is so peaceful and relaxing, sitting on the balcony, staring at the ocean. I will definitely rent this place again.

Very pleasant place for a get-away to the beach

The property has a great layout for a couple (it would be cozy for any more than that). It is very clean. Its proximity to the beach is fantastic. Parking is easy. The property is generally well equipped, but bring your own wine glasses, and perhaps a non-stick frying pan.

Two Thumbs Up!

This was the first time we ever booked something online. And we had a very nice time. The location was right, within close proximity to many dining and entertainment options. And, the beach was perfect! I didn't want to go back to work! The timing could've been better to avoid the H2Oi car rally, but I didn't even know about it. The owner was very responsive with immediate replies to my questions. If we book in Ocean City again, I will definitely check the availability of this condo first.

Great place for small family

This is such a great condo for a small family! My husband, son, and I stayed comfortably here with absolutely no issues! Communication with owners was great and very quick to respond; even through text with any questions! Very clean and comfortable. Great access to the beach! Not a great ocean view because of the sand dunes, but overall experience made up for that! We loved staying here and would definitely go back again! Thanks for renting such a great place! :)
