Lovely 2BR Ocean Front Property with Awesome Ocean Views & Community Pool!

A large wrap around balcony offers wonderful views of the ocean and the bay. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises or listen to the waves crash onto the shore as you unwind from your fun filled day. The patio also allows you to keep an eye on the kids as they have fun at the beach or enjoy the outside pool. Located on 35th street, you will be a short 8 blocks away from the boardwalk, within walking distance to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and many great restaurants and bars!

This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom along with a 2nd full sized bathroom. You'll enjoy TVs in every room, central air and there is wireless internet to keep you connected. The full-size kitchen features upgraded cabinets and is great for those nights that you want to have a cost-saving meal at home!

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included year-round.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Summer Beach is an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage.
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 35th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The host was an absolutely great! My sister and I go away once a year just the 2 of us. This condo is definitely were we will be staying from now on. We walked into a darked condo. But oh my goodness the view uncover is absolutely beautiful. You have this panoramic view that runs past the bedroom. Very clean and well appointed for our needs. Very tastefully decorated. We are already looking forward to next year.

Well worth what we paid!! Extremely clean condo and can’t beat the oceanfront view! Great communication from the property owner, easy check in and check out. Easy access to the beach and a great central location…so many restaurants and boardwalk within walking distance. We hope to visit again next year. Great little stay!

Everything about this property was great! The view!!! Amazing! Besides that everything was really comfortable and worked well. We had no issues during the stay, the beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I love that the linens were there and beds were made when we arrived due to a very very late check in! I would most definitely stay at this condo again!

Need a new cleaning service

Hello, This is Tammy, Mrs Fitzsimmons. This email is to express my concerns about the cleanliness of the condo at Summer Beach 3 35th Street. My husband already emailed you, but I wanted to convey my concerns with you directly. The condo was not very clean. I think my husband sent you pictures. I will try and send them again. I had to clean the condo when I got here so that I could feel comfortable staying. The guest bathroom when you come in the front door had absolutely not been cleaned. There was toothpaste in the sink. There was pubic hairs on the toilet seat, dust and other stuff on the toilet. Th The small trash cans in the bathrooms and bedrooms are filthy no trash bags. There was only one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan. I had to go downstairs and ask for more at the front desk. There was sand on the coffee table and the kitchen counters. There was grease on the stove and all over the side of the refrigerator because that had not been cleaned. I had to clean that also. I scrubbed the bathtub in the bathroom as you walk through the front door because that didn’t look like it had been cleaned either. The dishwasher was full of dishes. I turned the dishwasher on wash them and put them away. I don’t think it’s fair that we paid 1740 for three nights and I had to come and clean the place and then you expect me to clean it again before I leave. I would like to be reimbursed the cleaning fee. I believe it was 200 for 250. Whoever you got Cleaning this place

Super Clean and Beautiful View

The hosts were super accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Great communication and the condo was super clean, great amenities. The beds and couches were better than home, the porch and view were better than pictured. We would definitely try to stay here again.

Thanksgiving

Our stay was just perfect! Easy check-in and check-out. The home was clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated but it was just perfect! No problems what so ever. I would suggest letting renters know before hand that the lobby closes at 5:00 pm so they have access to the building or can make arrangements to get in just in the event they are a bit late. We thought the lobby closed at 7:00pm. Fortunately we were there early enough. No biggie though we give the owner, the property manager and the condo a 5. I would give it a 5 but the the dated kitchen and baths was the only negative. Merry Christmas and thanks we will be back!

Birthday Follies

Celebrated my 75th trip around the Sun with my Husband, My Best Friend and by Beautiful Funny Godchild. This was our third stay at Summer Beach. Love the Calming Sound of Waves and Amazing Sunrises and Sunsets. Great Location. This Condo will always be our Go To Place when visiting Ocean City, Maryland.

Nice Condo….

Overall the condo is great! We enjoyed our week stay. Beautiful view and easy walk to the beach. We loved having a full fridge with water and ice maker. I would note cleaning crew needs to clean water spout on the fridge it was pretty dirty and had black mold ( I cleaned most of it up) Some suggestions would be to add hand towel holders in the bathrooms so hand towels can dry, and the outside area could use an update maybe add a dining set. My family loved eating outside watching the waves on the beach and it was a little tough without a dining set.

Bright and Beautiful Condo

The moment we walked in we were so pleased by the openness, bright and cheery beachy decor and that beautiful ocean view. Location is far enough off the boardwalk to avoid noise but close enough to walk the boardwalk. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching the waves, fishing boats and dolphins. Very comfortable bed, nice pillows, comfy leather recliners, convenient parking. Only criticism would be the sliding doors could use an upgrade, a bit hard to open and close. I would love to return and highly recommend this condo.

Good surprise that there were reclining sofas. Sheets, blankets nice. Kitchen very well stocked. Balcony furniture looked nice, but it was too windy and cold to go out. Floor and back splash in kitchen could have been a little cleaner. I would rent this unit again if they put a Keurig coffee maker in kitchen and get rid of the glass door in shower.

Loved this beautiful condo. Everything was as advertised. The property was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very small and a bit unorganized and the bathroom is a bit dated. We really enjoyed the corner location with some amazing views. We were a bit disappointed to find the pool closed so early in the season. Overall, it was a great week, and I would recommend this property.

Wonderful Getaway Trip

The property was as described on the ad. Everything was great. The property itself needs a little TLC. The parking garage needs some directional arrows. The check in process was a bit confusing and the front desk person was no help because we booked through VRBO. The owners sent a parking pass and i missed the part where it read the unit address. That was the biggest issue so it wasn't that bad. Location was great.
