Upstairs you'll find a lovely bright kitchen with bench seating for 4 and comfortable living area with sleeper sofa. Wander out to your private ocean front balcony with additional seating and take in the salt air. Decorated with class the 2nd primary bedroom also offers a tub & shower. Both bedrooms boost floor to ceiling windows for extensive views of Ocean City's sunset over the Assawoman Bay. When you're ready for sand in your toes step off the massive Century 1 sundeck and hit the beach! Enjoy the outdoor shower before heading up the beach elevator located right outside your door. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week. The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
