'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Mooi appartement met alles er op en er aan maar wel een kleine badkamer met een open douche dus alles wordt drijfnat. Ook het 2 persoonsbed (denk 140x200) was heel klein voor 2 volwassenen. Maar voor 2 nachten prima te doen en dichtbij centrum, pubs en restaurants.'

'Best hotel I've stayed in for some time. Parking was easy and safe accessible at the rear of the property through a locked gate. The staff were lovely and friendly on checked. It smelled amazing frombthevfood being cooked in the retaurant which i sadly didn't get chance to try. I stated in the Marco Polo suite which was well priced vs other hotels in Birmingham. The room was elegant with lovely decoration. The bed was comfortable with lovely ammenties with an area to work and a lovely big bath...
