Located in The Palms, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just steps from the ocean and only a block from the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Step out the door, head down the stairs, and follow the walkway straight to the beach — you’ll have your toes in the sand in minutes.

The space
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, washer/dryer, and a large deck overlooking the pool and hot tub. The large carport underneath the unit can easily fit up to 3 cars, and if you don’t want to carry luggage or beach gear up the stairs, simply use the elevator.



Bedroom Layout:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to the large back deck

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed

Spend your days at the beach, enjoy the community pool and hot tub, or take a short drive to Southport, once named “America’s Happiest Seaside Town” by Coastal Living. Smooth Sailing is the perfect place to unwind, explore, and enjoy all that Oak Island has to offer.

• A valid photo ID is required (must be uploaded to VRBO and and provided to host directly after booking)

• The booking guest must be present at check-in (no third-party bookings)
