Des prix multipliés x10 et gros probleme d'hygiène
Quelle déception. Alors oui l'hôtel est aussi sublime que sur les photos, vraiment, la vue est est à couper le souffle. Les chambres sont confortables, bien équipées et modernes, la perfection. La piscine est immense comme la plage. MAIS les prix sont délirants en particulier pour les restaurants. C'est simple tout est multiplié par 10 par rapport au prix normal, on tombe sur des prix limite plus chers qu'à Paris pour des plats qui ne sont pas fantastiques. Les tigers prawns ne sont que de simples petites crevettes, le club sandwich un simple Burger... bref j'arrête ici la nourriture est nullisime et coûte une fortune. Pire j'ai fait une intoxication alimentaire du aux crevettes, ce que je peux comprendre car personne ne mange à l'hôtel vu les prix... la fraîcheur laisse à désirer. Le prix des taxi est lui aussi gonflé x3 à x4... et impossible de commander sur l'appli locale. Idem pour la nourriture soit disant pour l'hygiène... je dirai plutôt pour préserver la marge délirante du hilton. Enfin l'hôtel ecocertifié est construit au milieu d'une ex forêt de singes... du coup les pauvres bêtes mangent désormais dans les poubelles ou les restes des touristes car un immense bloc de béton est à la place de leur forêt... bref je n'y retournerai jamais.

Très joli hôtel qui est actuellement en rénovations, pour notre part nous avions une chambre avec ue sur jardin, les travaux de rénovations ne nous ont absolument pas dérangé. Vu certains points de notre chambre, marbre du lavabo de la salle de bain cassé est recollé grossièrement au silicone, baignoire usée et abat jour dw lampe avec des traces jaune suspecte, je pense qu'il effectivement temps de faire une rénovations de ces chambres vieillissantes et dans leur jus, mais malgré tout chambre plus que correcte que je conseils

Grand hôtel qui fût certainement magnifique
La moitié de l’hôtel est en travaux (ils commencent tôt et finissent tard...) Les chambres communicantes ne sont pas bien isolées, n’en choississez pas une vous entendrez chuchoter vos voisins. Mis a part cela, piscine agréable, repas de bonne qualité mais assez chers Beaucoup de singes dans la colline, ne jamais laisser sa fenêtre ouverte!

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection mall and the Nusa dua beach where there are restaurants if you want to eat outside the hotel for a change and less pricey options which is only 5 km away . Or a cab is only £4 and easy to access . Only 30 mins from the airport .

We stayed in one of the private villas and it was the best spot for our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond for everything. We had mentioned it was my husbands birthday and came back to the room and found a cake inside the room for us. Breakfast was awesome and they had good dinners with shows. 10/10

The hotel was beautiful and there were many activities to do. I have a few complaints however and those are being that the bus schedule they gave us was wrong and so we had to order a taxi which cost us extra. Also the food there is 3 times what you would pay if you eat in town. I ordered food from grab and the only way to get it was to have someone take you on the golf cart to the front to pickup the food from security. For the price I paid for this place I wish they would have been able to bring my food to the door.

We stayed at two different resorts in Nusa Dua and it was night and day. Hilton was surprisingly not that clean. Our bathroom had some mold. The pool didn’t feel super clean. Good vibes. Okay food. Staff sort of slow. I would skip this resort.

Super large property! The most stunning views. Rooms were large and clean. Multiple pools so it never felt over crowded. Variety of dining options which was great. Shuttle to and from Bali Collection which was great though Grab or Gojek was super cheap if times were inconvenient. Only thing I didn’t like was that we booked a family room but were situated in the furtherest wing from the pool area and kids club. I found that odd as you aren’t allowed to take the pool towels back to your room so we had to walk 5 mins soaking wet through the resort, main entrance etc with our kids and pool toys etc.

The view from our room was amazing. For the cost per night the room size was not worth it. As this resort had a low occupancy rate at this time they could have upgraded us to a bigger and better room which would have incentived us to cone back to stay.

I absolutely loved the sightings of monkeys! They never bothered us just hung out on some of the roofs or balconies. However, I did not like that security from Hilton Hotel would use slingshot to scare them away. We loved the breakfast buffet we had included, the spectacular views, the different pool options and the restaurants.
