Séjour désagréable. Horrible plage (sale + mauvaise vue + passage incessant de bateau à fond). Les piscines étaient horribles (nos filles ont vu un rat dans la piscine principale). Nous avions une chambre sombre à coté du playground des enfants donc bruit non stop à partir de 8h du matin. Le petit déjeuner était également horrible ainsi que tout choix sur la carte de l'hôtel. Nous avons passé nos journées (et argent) dans les hôtels avoisinants car celui-ci était insupportable. Nous étions heureux de partir le 17. Cet hôtel est à fortement déconseillé. Je suis un client régulier d'Expedia et c'est la première fois que je fais de tel commentaires sur un séjour ou voyage. Merci d'en tenir compte pour éviter des déboires à vos clients. Cet établissement est tout à fait inacceptable.

L’hotel est agréable mais ici la plage est sale comme la plupart à Bali d’ailleurs. Elle ne donne pas envie de se baigner.

Cet hôtel est un cauchemar... Rien d'un 5*, je viens d'y séjourner un mois une vraie catastrophe à tout point de vue, c'est un piège à touristes où l'humain n'existe pas! vous êtes une carte bancaire sur patte :-( Je vais d'ailleurs me rapprocher de vos services Expedia pour demander un dédommagement , vu ma dépense faramineuse... 3700€ pour vous + 1000€ en direct à l'hôtel! un vrai scandale... Je me suis retrouvée pieds et poings liés dans cet hôtel, ayant payé tout mon séjour avant mon départ. Donc, pour commencer chambre insupportable et bruillante face à la lingerie ( je tiens à signaler que je suis malade et avais réservé ce séjour pour être au calme) ce ne fût jamais le cas... Grace à l'aide Sukma ( Guest Manager, j'ai pu changé de chambre) Au rez de jardin, face à l'océan et au calme! laissez moi rigoler où pleurer... 1èr souci, la climatisation, j'avais demandé à ce que l'on ne l'active pas quand je n'étais pas dans ma chambre, vu ma maladie, mon choix ne fût respecté à aucun moment... Donc 15°, mes affaires mouillées et abimées par la condensation, de l'eau dans la chambre et des douleurs à devenir folle. L'eau du bain marron, voir rouge, aucune solution au problème, je me suis lavée avec cette eau saumâtre pendant un mois! 2 robes abimés par le pressing et aucun dédommagement, le personnel du room service était d'une nonchalance exceptionnelle, suite à ma plainte auprès du responsable Dewa, les choses ce sont améliorées quelques peu. (je ne peux finir)...

This hotel it a paradise for families. The facilities are wonderful (waterslides, splash park area, kids club, games rooms and the best buffet I have ever seen). The grounds are super clean and the rooms were great. Having 2 sections of the resort (adult and family) is wonderful. If I have dropped the kids at kids club, I am able to have some proper down time. It is the best of both worlds. The staff were utterly lovely and went above and beyond.

We had the most wonderful stay! Staff were all so friendly and would go above and beyond. The bathrooms in the rooms could do with an upgrade but everywhere else immaculate.

This hotel is perfectly located if you are coming from Singapore. Shopping is walking distance tonthe hotel and bus station. The staff is super friendly as well. The spa was also a delight and the high tea experience.

We spent our family holiday at this property. The interconnecting rooms allowed us to have the room and privacy to enjoy the holidays with 3 kids. All staff is super friendly, the daily activities in the pool area are fun. The games room is well worth hours of entertainment away from the screens.

The property was good, although some renovations are undergoing and the dust around during working hours around the restaurant and pool area is not good. They have not properly sealed the area that is under construction and dust is going everywhere, including the food, and if you are around the pool are your clothes finished all full of dust, in addition, it triggered some allergies. Management should take measurements to properly seal working areas.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was lovely and clean and spacious. The pool areas were so accomodating for kids and nothing was too much for the staff. The breakfast was awesome so much selection…the food was all great too. Special thanks to Bawa at the swim up pool bar and also a special thanks to Wini and Yanti at the the kids club, our kids loved the time spent with you guys. Thank you! We look forward to coming back 🙏
