This beachfront condo in Nuevo Nayarit sits right where the land meets the ocean - a place to slow down, breathe deeper, and let the days unfold at their own unhurried tempo.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms spread across the condo sleep up to 6 guests across 5 beds, giving everyone room to settle in comfortably. Room-darkening shades make it easy to sleep in after late evenings on the coast, while hangers and clothing storage keep things tidy throughout your stay. Bed linens are provided so you can walk in and feel at home from the first moment.

 

Indoor comfort

Air conditioning keeps the interior cool even during the warmest hours, and a ceiling fan adds gentle circulation whenever you prefer it. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make staying connected - or carving out a few focused hours - entirely straightforward. A TV is available for evenings spent indoors. One thing worth noting for guests with limited mobility, older adults, or young children: the stairs within the unit have a reduced inclination and size.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is set up for real cooking. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker are all on hand, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table for sit-down meals. Whether you are pulling together a slow breakfast before heading to the beach or winding down over a relaxed dinner indoors, everything you need is within reach.

 

Outdoor living

Outside, the outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture create a natural gathering point - open air, warm evenings, and the sounds of the coast close by. Pool access gives you somewhere to cool off and linger between stretches on the beach. The backyard adds further open space to enjoy. Nuevo Nayarit's tropical climate holds consistent year-round, with warm days and comfortable evenings no matter when you arrive.

 

Bathroom

Both bathrooms are equipped with hot water for comfortable showers after days spent in sun and salt.

 

Location

Nuevo Nayarit runs along one of the most striking stretches of Pacific coastline in Mexico, fronting Bahía de Banderas with average temperatures around 28°C. The condo's waterfront position means direct beach access is just steps away. A private entrance gives you the ease of coming and going on your own terms, and resort access makes additional facilities available nearby.

 

Parking and arrival

Free parking is available in the on-site garage as well as on the street. Your host greets you upon arrival to walk you through the space and make sure you are fully settled before your stay begins.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations. Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival. *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
