"The room provided reeked of mildew smell, and the carpet was damp. There was no toilet seat top. The only toiletries proved was bars of soap. When asked about shampoos or such. The clerk stated we could buy some. When checking inthey offered coffee but the breakfast they said granola bars are available. ..."
