'We had a fantastic stay on the Thames in Richmond! Incredible location that is just a few steps from cafes, restaurants, and pubs! Was a great fit for our family of four, and the separate rooms for the toilet and shower actually made our routines more efficient. We received an email stating that a portion of our deposit would be kept due to “extra cleaning” for marks on the wall - which were already there when we arrived and are completely normal for a well-lived space and for a torn throw that was already in poor condition upon check-in. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property in Chelsea/Earl's Court! It's in an ideal location, just a 10 minute walk up one street to the nearest Underground station (Earl's Court) and also very close to Fulham Road (5 minute walk) which has a lot of shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries and grocery stores.
