'The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

'Great location. Bottom floor was a bit chilly. Seemed as though heater could not get it warm but bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything clean. Great location. Nice kitchen and bathrooms/showers were great. '

'It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.'

'Annie created a beautiful space in her townhouse. Very comfortable beds and bedding, everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere. Immaculate! The many steps were fine for us. Great to have that rooftop space overlooking Green Lake and Olympic mountains. '

'Both of my daughters had appointments at Seattle Children's over the span of 2 days, and this property is only 1 mile away. It was quiet and had all the amenities we could need! Gary responded immediately when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Lee Goldman is a wonderful VRBO host -- great communication, kind, friendly, and helpful. His property is beautiful -- lovely craftsman-era house and well-kept yard. In this sweet house, my husband and I enjoyed a quiet reunion with our sons and our daughter-in-law. 'The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.'

'No complaints! This was perfect for a few nights in Seattle prior to a cruise. We rented a car to go back and forth to downtown as it’s about 15 min away. It was cheaper to rent a car than get an Uber each time for 4 people. The host was excellent at communicating and the house was clean. One floor living once up a flight of stairs. '

'This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors. The only real noise was from the Highway nearby, but it wasn’t too bad.'
