We absolutely loved the unit and the building complex. Plenty of parking, loved the bathrooms near the pool, and the indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit for the kids. There were plenty of showers when coming in from the beach. Greatly appreciated the handicap accessible ramp to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was fantastic. So close to a quiet not crowded beach. Outdoor pool was very clean and not crowded. Didn't use the indoor pool or hottub.Steps to the beach. Condo was as advertised. Only negative was having to pick up and drop off keys from the rental management company but it's only a 5 minutes drive from the condo.We had a family of 7 and fit comfortably.

This condo was wonderful. It was neat, clean and comfortable, and had a spectacular view of the ocean. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay end of August!

Very happy with the condo and will be returning back! We picked a perfect time to come and bring right next to the beach is hands down the best. Beds were comfy and showers had hooks to hang bathing suit right inside!

Great place

This was more than just a room at the beach it was like being with a community. Everyone actually stopped and talked to us and seemed to look out for each other. This made me feel very safe.

This was an amazing place to stay-great views. The whole family had a good time. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because there was construction going on during our stay-very loud. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up regarding it.

Loved It!

Location is perfect and loved having the end unit because of the extra space in the kitchen and living room. The 2 windows in the living room facing the sunrise every morning was an unexpected bonus!

North Myrtle Condo

Great stay! Close to everything! Wonderful pool and beach with great views. Fireworks on beach over the 4th were awesome! Floors pretty dirty turned our bare feet black. Beds comfy. Lock box would be better have to go to realty office. Overall great stay!

Pure perfection!

From reservation to checkout, everything was wonderful! The unit is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, the views are spectacular, pools and hot tub were enjoyable, location is super convenient . The building is quiet, and everyone we met is so friendly! The kitchen is better stocked than my own at home. My family (3 generations) and I loved everything about this condo, and I'm looking forward to a return trip in the near future.

Would Stay Again

Nice, Clean,Quiet Ample dishware for cooking. I took my family of grown kids they loved the location. We fixed good meals and had a nice time on the beach ,very accessable. One problem I thought needed addressing was the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced or supported very lose when turning on. We Thank You for our stay.

Great short getaway

Only had 4 nights away and had to work remote, but family was on spring break and needed to get away. We love this building and have stayed here many times before. Property offers just the right amount of amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, every unit is oceanfront) without the over crowding of the larger buildings. This Unit was well decorated and corner in top floor so view was amazing. A few gaps with Check-in, a shower door, and washing machine but no show stoppers.

Overall, we had a great, short stay! There was plenty of space and a very nice shower in the master bathroom. We had a few minor maintenance issues. The thermostat was locked, but I figured out how to unlock it. The ice machine didn't work during our stay, so we had to buy ice. There were great views from the top corner of the building. I would stay here again.

This is an end unit top floor with 3BR, 2BA and a nice balcony with a beach view. The rooms were decent sizes. There were smart televisions with cable in each room. The unit was decorated very nice. The kitchen is functional but could use an update of the cabinets. The fridge ice maker wasn't working which is a big issue at the beach. Bathrooms are remodeled nicely. W/D don't hold a lot but got the job done. We got 1 set of bath towels, which worked. Host didn't leave much for renters - we've had water bottles, ice bags, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc in the past which is very nice. The building is well kept. The indoor and outdoor pool are backyard sizes (actually ours is bigger) but they do the job. The whirlpool is small and often filled with kids. There is a FT caretaker. The elevators are fast. There's plenty of parking and you get 2 spots. This is right on the beach in a great part of Myrtle though. Okay, I didn't care for the check in process. It went smooth but these days just have a code on the door rather than needed to go to an office somewhere else to pickup and drop off keys. After driving 8 hours we just wanted to get to the place. It also prevents people making copies of your keys. This was the second time we stayed at this building. It's a decent location and you'll enjoy it.
