Great beach getaway

The house was huge and there was plenty of room for our stay. Nice large kitchen! We loved the outdoor area and the close proximity to the beach!Some of the comforters seemed dirty with dog hair all over one of them. We were able to wash it immediately since we had a washer and dryer.

Framily Reunion

The house was perfect for a reunion with several of our closest friends' families. The house worked perfectly for our needs - close beach access, space for the kids, backyard for the dog, enough bathrooms, outdoor shower, large kitchen and living spaces. We're hoping to make this our annual destination!

Beach house, north myrtle beach

The house was great. Misrepresented online. Outside property needed to be kept up. Everything was overgrown , maintenance guy was great. He took a leaf blower to clear off decks and area that is shown for corn hole. Walking into house, there was litter on the floors, on bedroom had blood stains on pillow and comforter . The outside grill was so greasy on the side trays and where the frront knobs are that you wouldnt want to cook on it. All this was brought up to Seaside Vacations and they sent cleaning people over while we were out. In the end , we cleaned the grill ourselves. Also when they say linens included, we expected to walk in to the house and have they beds made up. Surprisingly, they supply the linens and after a 12 hour ride, you are expected to make your own beds. First vrbo that we had to do this. Alittle upsetting when you don’t expect it. Not mentioned anywhere on website, you just assumed beds would be made. When leaving and dropping off keys at Seaside Vacations , we mentioned all of this and they responded with - the owner is responsible for landscaping,the owner has their own people come in and do the cleaning inside the house. seaside Vacations also is not responsible for outside cleaning such as the grill. We left the house in cleaner condition then when we arrived. All in all the house was a great size and in a nice quiet location. It more than suited our needs and we had a great time .

Pefect Location, Rough After-Hours Check-In

Location of the house was perfect. A short walk to the beach and short drive to all the great shops and dining spots. The house itself was great, plenty of room for our crew. Be aware, if you have any elderly guests, getting up and down the steps from the entryway can be a challenge, since the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom / bath are located on the second floor. This was detailed in the listing description before we booked, so just make sure you read over things. The only negative was our first night, when we were greeted after a 12-hour drive with no towels or linens. Called the rental group after hours, and the two numbers provided were not operational (their “server lines were down”). Had to make a late night run to get towels and linens. Spoke to the rental group the next morning. They apologized and promptly took care of things to our satisfaction and got the phone issue corrected. Overall, rough first night, but we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, beach, and plenty to do. Would do it again.

Vacation never to be forgotten!

We loved staying in the nice house with two beautiful decks to relax in the outdoors on great furniture! We grilled, the grandchildren played in the wonderful space in the yard, and we loved the barely 2-blocks distance to the beach! All sorts of things to do were within 20 minutes’ drive! The kitchen was so convenient for those days we chose to make lunch at the house, and the “lived-in furniture” in the living room was definitely what we needed for the grandchildren!

Perrrfect Stay the Entire Time

This property is nothing short of perfection. I had a family of 11 with 7 being kids 9 and under. We still had plenty of space and the beach was a short walk. We will def be back and other family members will know about this gem!!!

Sensational 60th Birthday Celebration!!

One of my dreams was to have an intimate "girl getaway" with my daughters, sisters and sister-friends in a great location with great accommodations. This property allowed all of what I needed and more! The check-in process was super easy and the staff were friendly and professional. I/we were so impressed with this home. It was very clean, neat and well stocked, and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach. We had plenty of room! We enjoyed ourselves so much in this home we decided to make an annual "girl getaway" event. Hopefully, this property will still be an option next year. It was well worth the money spent!

Family Vacation 2021

My family loved it!!! We were able to walk to the beach from the house. There was plenty of room and plenty of things to watch on the TVs. Will definitely be taking this vacation again!!!

The home was perfect for our family. Very close to the beach in a beautiful area.

Renting was easy and everyone was helpful at check-in. Only compliant was the need to put on our own bed linens. These were not put on for us prior.

Family reunion for the seven of us

Family reunion for the seven of us. My two daughters and their families including my three grandchildren spend time sharing with my husband and myself the beach. The house was wonderful. Perfect for younger children. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of beds. There were three bathrooms which was great.There’s a golf cart rental nearby we use it to get a golf cart to go to and from the beach. My husband are older and could not walk it but it was a two block walk for our children. The surrounding shopping and restaurants were abundant.I would recommend this to anyone for a peaceful neighborhood in the beautiful home
