• Please note that balconies are temporarily closed due to ongoing construction works. Scaffolding is in place on the oceanfront and street sides of the building. Views may be temporarily obstructed.
• Construction noise may be experienced Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
• Parking: Limited to one vehicle per unit. No trailers or motorcycles allowed. Guest parking is located across the street and requires a displayed pass.
• Pet Policy: Only ADA service animals are permitted.
• Smoking: Smoking or non-service animals may result in fines up to $1,000 and/or eviction.
• Room Assignment: Condo views and locations vary; photos are general references.
• For extended stays, guests may be required to switch units during their reservation.
