SituƩ au 1707 Perrin Drive, le Malibu Pointe est un complexe de condominium au style caribƩen. Cette unitƩ de 4 chambres 4 salles de bain a 1 King, 2 Doubles, 4 Twins. Dormir 10 personnes max.

Il y a une excellente vue sur l'ocĆ©an depuis ce balcon au 10ĆØme Ć©tage. Toutes les chambres sont Ć©quipĆ©es d'un tĆ©lĆ©viseur Ć  Ć©cran plat 25 pouces avec lecteur DVD intĆ©grĆ© et d'un tĆ©lĆ©viseur haute dĆ©finition Ć  Ć©cran plat LCD 42 pouces dans le salon. Toute votre famille peut profiter de la chaĆ®ne cĆ¢blĆ©e de son choix. Il y a une cuisine entiĆØrement Ć©quipĆ©e avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Les appareils comprennent un micro-ondes intĆ©grĆ©, un lave-vaisselle, une cuisiniĆØre Ć  plan lisse, un rĆ©frigĆ©rateur cĆ“te Ć  cĆ“te avec eau et glace Ć  l'intĆ©rieur et un Keurig. Great condo just across the street from the beach. Convenient to shopping, ice cream and quick food. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen had all the amenities needed. New knives and glasses for beverages would be helpful in the future. Overall, we enjoyed all of the amenities. The lazy river was nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay again!

There were plenty of pots and pans but everything was just thrown in the cabinets, utensils were also unorganized. Floors were very dirty , had to mop when we first arrived , no way they had cleand them before we arrived. Twin beds had a lot to be desired , some of the pillows smelled of urine. Other then that we had a great time and it was a nice view . Would have been nice to have a key pad for the pool entry instead of dealing with a key .

After 15 yrs of family not being together this was perfect location of us & big enough. Only thing i wish was disclosed was TP and trash bags arent supplied. Also keys didnt work to building and we wetent supplied wash cloths or hand towels and to get them from rental office. Also had some extra blankets that looked to have been used and not replaced in 1 room. Otherwise everything was great

The condo was close to the beach and nice but the unit itself was in poor shape. The furniture was torn and holes in the chairs. The sinks did not let the water go down and the shower unit in master bedroom was very weak. The closets had holes in them. It was not very well taken care of. Washer and dryer was very old.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We are a family of seven, so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were great for us. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there were plenty of linens. Washer and dryer in the unit allowed us to keep towels clean through the week. Upon arrive, we had a small issue with a leak from an upstairs unit, but the maintenance teams were there VERY quickly to assess and resolve the situation. The living room furniture is starting to show some wear, but it was comfortable, and we had no problem crashing there in the evening to take in a movie. The pool area was fantastic, and everyone we encountered was very friendly. If we ever make it back to the area, we'll do our best to stay here again!

The condo was big and accommodating for a large family group. It was very clean. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Unfortunately the other beds weren't as comfortable. The location was very nice. We all had fun at the pools. On the downside, with 8 adults, we could have used more parking passes. We were only provided 2 passes. The rest had to park at the office which isn't within a short walking distance. It was inconvenient as people wanted to come and go. I do understand that's their policy, so know that going in. If you only have 2 vehicles in your group, then you don't have an issue. Overall, we all had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect for our family so accommodating!! The owners had everything we needed in the kitchen!!! It took us 9 years to find the perfect rental in Myrtle Beach!! We are skipping next year but will definitely be back in 2024!! Would love to tell the owners thank you so much!!!

We had room for everyone. The master bedroom had itā€™s own access to the balcony which was a nice bonus, to compliment the renovation they have done to this room! This bed was super comfortable! I hope you continue the renovations, itā€™s a great beginning! North Beach Realty staff (maintenance and housekeeping) need some work on manners and entering while people are sleeping and dressing. We loved the location and views! A quick walk to the beach and several hoses to clean off with before heading upstairs! The lazy river was nice, but by day 3 it was pretty dirty with debris from so much use.

Good last minute vacation when flights were cancelled to our original destination. Overstocked kitchen was a great surprise! Some dishes and silverware had to be washed before we could use it. Jacuzzi was out of order in master bath, which was disappointing, but we were compensated for not being able to use it. Overall, a spacious place and good experience.

The overall location of the property was great however the property needs updating which I believe is taken place because there were paint cans in two of the bedrooms closetā€™s. Overall stay was ok it could use a deep cleaning and new shower curtains.

The unit is in a great location for beach access. The rooms looked as presented but what wasnā€™t visible is the kitchen light that doesnā€™t even work and appears itā€™s been a while with small lamps on counters that also didnā€™t work. The unit was mostly clean but some ā€œold dirtā€ on kitchen items and bathroom showers/curtains were old and had mold growing and needed more cleaning or changed out. Also the Jacuzzi tub was not working and we werenā€™t notified prior. Outside the unit was well kept and all pool areas were well kept and clean. Overall we had a great time and the unit did provide a great place for our family and friends to relax in NMB.

Upon entering the property the Jacuzzi tub was non operational and the panel covering the plumbing was off. Felt like I was in a cheap motel. (They did give us a credit for this) They def need new housekeeping for this property. Floors were dirty, shower had stuff from last person, closets were a huge mess, iron was non usable, kitchen drawers look like they had never been cleaned, slatted closet doors had layers of dust, base cabinets were stained and dirty and vacuums looked like they had never ever been cleaned. Bedrooms dated. The pictures on the listing were def old pictures and not at all what we thought we were renting.

The condo has plenty of room for our party. The walk to the beach access was simple and the food at Molly Darcys made for great lunch or dinner.
