This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 15 guests and features a private pool, multiple balconies, a ping pong table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is just 0.5 mile away, and you’re only a short drive from Barefoot Landing, restaurants, and shopping.

⚠️ Important Things to Note (Please Read)

• Pool is not heated

• Guests should provide their own beach and pool towels

• Guests must provide their own charcoal for the BBQ Grill

• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located above the garage doors overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.

• This property is treated for Pest Control on the first Tuesday of each month from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise

• The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise



🚫 House Rules:

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled without a refund

- Maximum of 15 guests

- No glass in the pool area

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking on the property is PROHIBITED: $250 minimum fine for smoke damages

You will receive all of your check-in details - home address, door code, parking, Wi-Fi and more, 1 day prior to your stay
