'Was great 20 years ago but now some average staff, two non functioning lifts during breakfast time and a pool that is way to small for the property is showing its age. The rooms were still very comfortable but not quite up to 2026 QT standards. If you don’t mind about other amenities the value for money was quite good. '

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
