'Very nicely done for a small space. The retro fridge and appiances, very cute! Bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. I like to sleep with it dark and there was no way to shut off the lights behind the bathroom mirror. Overscented fragrance on arrival. It was extremely cold, but once I increased the temperature on the wall A/C unit, it shut off. I would have liked some kleenex but none available.'

This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

'Owner/manager was there to greet us and give initial tour. Home exactly as specified with large spacious rooms , updated appliances. Manager on site and immediately available when we weren’t sure about something or just had questions. Will definitely go back. Neighborhood extremely quiet and all homes in area kept up nicely. '
