'The Derman Village Inn is near major bus stops in Columbus, Ohio. I took the bus from the Inn and arrived at the John Glenn International Airport in about 1 hour 15 minutes. I took a taxi to the Drury Hotel at the convention center and it cost $35. The bus from the German Village inn to the airport cost $2.50. 'Bugs in room. Staff was nice and helpful, but the room was very disappointing.'

'Booked a king sized room and were only given the option of a double room upon arrival. Our first room had an overwhelming number of spiderwebs. When asked to change to a king room with no spiderwebs, we got another double with less spiderwebs, but a missing lock and a mold infestation on the bathroom ceiling.'

'Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. '
