'The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The only issue was the room smelling musty and moldy, likely due to some issue with the air conditioner. The property owner should deal with this asap. Could be a 5 star review if not for that.'

'This was a great location to stay at because we were close to the waterfront and the Elizabeth River Ferry, fun shops and restaurants, and only a 30 minute drive from Virginia Beach. Everything was clean and cozy for us!'

'Nice area, easy to get to. Rooms were fine, no regrets staying here. We were visiting our son, so didn't spend a lot of time in unit. We'd stay there again in the future. Heads up, we picked this location for the one level accommodations as we were traveling with my 85 year old mother-in-law. The bathtub has a very rounded, somewhat slippery bottom. Something to be aware of if you will have elderly people with you.'
