'Checking in was awful as they tried to sell us a more expensive room with all kinds of excuses. Fine if you want to upgrade us for free, but don’t start with all the nonsense. The rooms are in need of an update. Would not stay here again.'

'We requested and stayed in a handicap accessible room. Many of the features were fine. However, the lighting needs to be updated. There should be NIGHT LIGHTS in the bathroom and the main room. We brought one on our own, and unfortunately forgot to take it home with us. But the hotel needs to figure out a solution for people seeing their way to the bathroom during the night, without turning on strong lights (which wake a person up). And then is the bathroom, to find a person's way about without...

'Staff was amazing and rooms were clean. The view over the water was great but the balcony’s could have been kept up a little better. Also, the hotel in itself is very outdated (as in vending machines, no conditioner, rugs, balcony area).'

'The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel was clean. Huge casino area which was also clean. Loved the free onsite, covered parking. Nice restaurant options at the hotel if you don’t want to go out. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back.'
