« Stayed with kids. Sleepless night. Keep on getting sound during entire night. Kids really feel bad due to the smoke smell. When we open the room first time, room was not clean and got bad smell later we changed the room. Totally I’m not happy with this stay. »

« The stay was okay. Room was not as clean as I expected. The room was cleaned daily but the staff never entered past the bathroom. The bed was never touched. A coworker also checked in during this time and was counted as a no show 2 days in a row even taking his belongings out of the room and giving it away. Not the greatest experience. »

« I worked all day and arrived later in the evening, I was told that he only had one room left (room 208) and the shower was leaking but if you close the door you can’t hear it… I got to the room and the door was open and I had to use force to shut it. I walked into the bathroom and it was leaking also mold on the walls (seen where they tried to wipe it off or clean it. The water was hot so the whole room was damp … I grabbed my stuff and left and I won’t book with them ever again! »

« experience. Never again. When you enter your room at 10:30pm, you've been up since 4am, have had a traumatic experience, and you just need to utilize your room and other amenities seamlessly. Your hands are full, you catch the light switch with your elbow... and the light doesn't come on. Your last nerve was gone hours ago and tomorrow's are already looking to be stretched thin, but you've got to dip into them anyways. A call to the desk to hear "sometimes" they don't work and you're directed to...
