'Parking was difficult. Room was not that great. Front desk was unavailanle to check in. None of the soda machines worked and there was no ice. All.we we were told was , "Sorry" The vending machines looked scarce'

'Air conditioning was good but the cleaning was bad because for those who booked to stay for two to three or more days their rooms are not clean up. The management need to improve from this. Because hygiene is number one priority.'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'We had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to return to the front desk before we could check in. The sidewalk at the front was chipped, broken, and hard to roll carts/suitcases over. The entire hotel, even our room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet odor in the room. The carpeting in the hallways was widely stained. 'We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday.
