'So the staff was very friendly, but the room had a bad smell. I do not know if it was animal or smoke or mildew. But the bed pillows smelled like they were not changed, like sweat. So we did not use the pillows.'

The room was dirty, found the roll of toilet paper with no paper at all, dirty toilet seat, cracked bath tub, one of the bed sheets soiled, the chair full of dog hair and dirty. The room had a horrible strong cigarette smell. The front desk clerk didn’t let my 2 boys and I use the restroom until we checked in, once he gave us the room key and my son rushed to the room to go to the bathroom he found a naked couple inside the room we were assigned. 'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'
